Tom Powell is CEO and Founder of Equity Lending Partners, LLC, a national mortgage banking company licensed in multiple states headquartered in Reno, Nevada. Equity Lending Partners provides institutional mortgage products through its private equity and commercial lending.
Tom earned his BSBA in Finance and has over 19 years experience in banking and lending. His involvement in the mortgage industry includes serving as the current Chairman of the Nevada Mortgage Advisory Council, an appointed committee by Nevada’s Legislative Commission made up of industry leaders to help support the creation of regulations and oversee Nevada’s mortgage lending industry.
In addition, he has served as the state Ethics Chairman for the Nevada Mortgage Bankers Association, an executive board member for the Nevada Association of Mortgage Professionals, as well as serving several terms on board of the Nevada Mortgage Bankers Association.
Tom is involved in numerous community and industry groups, including serving as a National Trustee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, as well as the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows.
He is Past Chairman of the Leadership Reno-Sparks Alumni Association, and is a past board member for the Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce, Boy Scouts of America, Junior Achievement, and Western Industrial Nevada. He is also a member of The Economic Development Association of Western Nevada (E.D.A.W.N.) and Western Industrial Nevada.

Jesse Haw is President of Hawco Properties and Director of IntoHomes Mortgage Services, Inc.
Jesse is also a Director of Nevada Security Bank and its parent company The Bank Holdings, and current President of the Builders Association of Northern Nevada. He is a strong believer in business supporting communities in which it serves and he enjoys philanthropic endeavors.
Jesse has served on many local organizations (EDAWN, DSAC, WAFF, etc) and coached girl’s soccer at Reed High School in Sparks, Nevada for eight years. Haw’s company, Hawco Properties, has donated land to Washoe County for 2 elementary schools, one middle school and a portion of the Spanish Springs High School. Hawco Properties has also given over 150 acres for parks, 10 acres to the YMCA and 4 acres to Truckee Meadows
Bob Barone is Chairman of Ancora West Trust Company, and Director of IntoHomes Mortgage Services, Inc.
Bob, who has his Ph.D. in Economics from Georgetown University, has more than 30 years in the financial industry. A past professor of Economics at the University of Nevada, Reno, Barone is also the past Chairman and CEO of Comstock Bancorp. Barone has helped take three companies public during his career.
Bob is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors for the California State Automobile Association and the Immediate Past Chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. He is also a Director for Allied Mineral Products, Nevada Security Bank, Avarizia Capital LLC and the Northern Nevada Dental Health Program.
Greg Hughes is President of Equity Lending Partners, LLC, and brings 20 plus years of experience in managing and leading his own companies in excess of 100 employees. Greg brings his strengths to the business by integrating structure and systems with finances, marketing, sales, and strategic planning.
Along with being an entrepreneur in business, Greg has built, bought, leased and sold commercial real estate for himself and in partnerships. He has an understanding on how to evaluate properties for investment and/or business purchase needs.
Greg was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007 by The Business Report of Northern Nevada. Organizations include Entrepreneur Organization, Junior Achievement, The Strategic Coach, Leadership Reno/Sparks, and a founding member of the NLA.

David Arthurs is Chief Financial Officer of Equity Lending Partners, LLC. He brings an entrepreneurial approach with professional structure/discipline to the company. David has 15 years of finance and operations experience.
He has served in a variety of management positions, most recently as Principal and Chief Financial Officer for Applied Biosciences, Inc. Under David’s stewardship the company went from start-up to sale to GE Water in 5 years. He began his career as an auditor for Grant Thornton, LLC.
David holds a MBA from American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from University of Nevada, Reno.

Tonya Powell is the Vice President of Investor Relations for Equity Lending Partners, and Secretary of the Board of Directors for IntoHomes Mortgage Services, Inc. She works with numerous ELP borrowers and investors, helping to bring the two groups together to create economic progress throughout Nevada. She has also worked with elected officials at the local, state and national levels on atmospheric science research, telecom and mortgage lending issues.
Tonya has had extensive leadership roles with numerous organizations and community groups, including the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows, Truckee Meadows Community College, Western Industrial Nevada and the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada. She is a past board member for the Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce, Sparks Chamber of Commerce, Nevada Women’s Fund, Leadership Reno-Sparks and Truckee Meadows Tomorrow. She has also chaired and organized numerous business, community and non-profit events throughout the northern Nevada.

Charlie Edgington is a seven year veteran of the private lending industry and has worked with hundreds of private clients during her career. Her training has included both securities and private lending.
Charlie has participated in raising more than $500 Million in funds for approximately 160 projects throughout the state of Nevada for developers and entrepreneurs.
A native of Reno, Charlie played a key role in the creation of Equity Lending Partners by bringing experience and strength to the loan origination, investor communication, and operations systems and structure of ELP.

Marcy Irvine, a 17 year commercial lending veteran, leads the development of the commercial team. Marcy’s past experience includes serving as a commercial loan officer, senior underwriter and portfolio manager for Washington Mutual Bank, Union Bank of California and HomeFed Bank. Marcy has also owned her own residential brokerage company. Irvine is a licensed lending agent in Nevada and also holds a California Broker license.
Marcy is a member of the following organizations: National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Board of Directors for Commercial and Real Estate Women, the California Mortgage Bankers Association, Western Industrial Nevada, and CCIM Northern Nevada Chapter.

Susan Martin brings 21 years of operations and processing experience to the Equity Lending Partners team. Throughout her career, Susan has worked in the following areas: processing, drawing loan documents, funding loans, foreclosures, collections, repossessions, skip tracing and filing small claims.
Susan brings tremendous systems and structure to Equity Lending Partners in her role of maintaining all borrower and investor files, drawing all borrower documents with the Hale Lane law firm, drawing all investor documents and maintaining Equity Lending Partners loan files.
